Aurmaris Paddle Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern the Aurmaris Paddle Giveaway. By entering, you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter: Aurmaris (ABN 97 918 855 993), Sydney NSW, Australia.

2. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Eligibility: Open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. Promotion period: Entries open 6 June 2026 and close 18 June 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.

5. How to enter: Follow @aurmaris.official on Instagram, like the giveaway post, and leave a comment tagging a friend. Each comment that tags at least one friend counts as one (1) entry; additional valid tagged comments count as additional entries.

6. Prizes: Three (3) winners will be drawn —
   - 1st: Aurmaris Pro (T700 carbon paddle)
   - 2nd: Aurmaris Coast (glass fibre paddle)
   - 3rd: Aurmaris Glow (pickleball pack)
   Total prize value approximately AUD $127.99.

7. Draw: Winners will be selected at random using an independent comment-picker tool on 18 June 2026. No entrant may win more than one prize.

8. Notification: Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message and announced publicly on the Aurmaris Instagram account within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

9. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

10. Privacy: Entrant information is collected and used only to conduct this promotion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
