Shipping policy

Order Processing

All Aurmaris orders are dispatched from Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Australia

Standard Shipping — $11 AUD
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping — $15 AUD
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Free Standard Shipping is available on Australian orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 AUD or more after discounts have been applied.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

New Zealand

Standard Shipping — $18 AUD
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may be imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been lodged with the carrier.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, peak shopping periods or customs processing.

If we become aware of a significant issue affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
