WHERE WE SHIP FROM:
All orders ship from our Sydney warehouse, 
hand-packed within 48 hours of order confirmation.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMES:

 AUSTRALIA-WIDE
- Standard ($9.95): 3-5 business days
- Express ($14.95): 1-2 business days
- FREE on orders over $50 (Standard)

INTERNATIONAL
- Standard ($24.95): 7-14 business days
- Available to: New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, 
  Singapore, Japan
- Customs duties may apply (buyer's responsibility)

ORDER TRACKING:
You'll receive a tracking number via email within 
24 hours of dispatch. Track your order anytime via 
the Australia Post website.

DELAYS:
While we work hard to dispatch within 48 hours, 
occasional delays can occur during peak seasons 
(Black Friday, Christmas, January sales). We'll 
always email you if there's an unexpected delay.
