30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to love your Aurmaris gear. If you're not 
completely satisfied, you can return any item within 
30 days of delivery for a full refund.

HOW TO RETURN:
1. Email us at aurmaris122@gmail.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a return label within 24 hours
3. Pack the items in their original condition
4. Drop off at any Australia Post location
5. Refund processed within 3 business days of receiving 
   your return

CONDITIONS:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Paddles must show no signs of court use
- Return shipping is free for faulty items
- Buyer covers return shipping for change-of-mind 
  returns ($9.95 flat rate)

EXCEPTIONS:
- Hygiene items (overgrips that have been opened) 
  cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not refundable

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us 
within 7 days at hello@aurmaris.com with photos. 
We'll send a replacement or full refund — no questions 
asked, return shipping covered.
